Keep track of your phone and keys with Motorola's Keylink
New Delhi: Motorola has unveiled a little gadget called the Keylink phone and key finder. The Keylink is a Bluetooth device that connects to your keychain and works with a companion app to let you find your keys from up to 100 feet away.
The Keylink can be easily attached to user's keychain. Say if you lose your phone, a button on the device will let you ping your phone from the same distance.
It costs $24.99, and Motorola says the replaceable battery should last around one year.
The Keylink works equally well with iPhone and Android. Users will simply need to download and install the Motorola Connect app, which is available in Google Play and the Apple App Store.
For Google-powered devices, say second generation Moto X, Droid Turbo, or an Android phone running Lollipop can enable the Keylink as a trusted device, so you never have to unlock your phone when your keys are near.
