New Delhi, Aug 12: The Android phone is based on Android 2.3 and comes with 3.2 inch screen, 3.2 MP camera and 800 MHz processor.

LG has launched the dual SIM version of its entry level Android phone, Optimus L3, which is named as LG Optimus L3 Dual e405. The phone has the same specification as the single SIM version and is priced at Rs 8,299, just Rs 400 more than its predecessor.

The new LG Optimus L3 Dual e405 comes with two SIM slots, both of which support GSM SIM cards. The company launched phone's single-SIM variant earlier in May this year.

LG Optimus L3 Dual runs on Android 2.3 and is powered by an 800 MHz processor. It sports a 3.2-inch VGA">QVGA TFT screen and a 3.2 megapixel rear camera. The phone comes with a 384 MB of RAM and 1 GB of internal memory. It has a 1500 mAH battery.

The phone competes with Samsung Galaxy Y Duos which has similar specification and is priced at Rs 8,999. Other phones in the space are Spice Mi425, Karbonn A9 and Micromax A73 all of which have larger screen and are priced close to L3 Dual. There are many other phones from these manufacturers which are cheaper but have similar specification.
