Bring the show on track or go off air, Kapil gets ultimatum
Ace comedian Kapil Sharma has reportedly got a month notice by the channel to bring his popular show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ back on track. If the star fails to do this then the contract of the show that was to be renewed this month may not be renewed.
This is known to all that the contract included the whopping amount of Rs 106-crore. It is being said that the makers are forced to take the decision as the TRP of the show is going down after Sunil Grove’s exit. Speculations are rife that the channel has given one month’s time to the comedian to make things right on the show.
After Kapil’s ugly spat with Sunil, the latter along with Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar left the show.
It seems that there is no end of Kapil’s problems. The actor came in the news for all wrong reasons. After failing to get Sunil back on the show, the makers had to bring veterans Sunil Pal, Raju Srivastava and Ehsan Qureshi to save the episode. However, the episode without Dr. Mashoor Gulati received more number of dislikes than likes on YouTube.
Sunil reportedly made it clear to the makers that he won’t be returning to the show. It is yet to be seen if Kapil manages to spell magic again without Sunil.
