Kapil Sharma’s show gets extension, all thanks to Salman Khan
Ace comedian Kapil Sharma has been trying hard to save the dropping TRP’s of The Kapil Sharma Show after the exit of Sunil Grover. Now, there is a little relief to the comedian as TKSS got two months extension because of the unavailability of superstar Salman Khan to host the replacement show Dus Ka Dum.
If reports are to be believed, Salman is occupied with the work of Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Katrina Kaif and he is also busy in promoting his upcoming film Tubelight. Thus, the makers of the show have postponed it to January 2018. So, TKSS got two months extension.
Recently, Kapil himself took a dig at his in-flight spat with Sunil saying that these days he doesn’t speak on flights. After, Grover left the show, Kapil tried his level best to get high TRP’s by introducing new characters to the show but the result didn’t look impressive. And, Sunil, on the other hand is doing live gigs these days.
These two months extension is a relief to Kapil and his fans.
On a related note, Salman is collaborating with Katrina after a long gap for Tiger Zinda Hai. Tubelight marks the third collaboration of Salman and filmmaker Kabir Khan. The movie is slated to release on June 23.
