‘Baar Baar Dekho’ is what has been keeping gossipmongers busy since morning. The movie, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif, released its trailer today and people can’t stop talking about it.
The trailer was high on music and emotions though some felt that it fell short in terms of chemistry between the lead actors. If you too are looking for this 9th September release and what to know more about it, we are here to help. Here are 5 things about the movie which the team revealed during a round table conversation:
No time travel:
There have been a lot of reports that BBD is about time travel but it is not the case. Director Nitya Mehra during a round table meet said, “The theme of time is pretty much in there as much as theme of love and life but it is not a time travel film at all.” In fact in the movie Katrina and Sidharth can see the future of their affair and come back to do things right and differently.
Katrina and Sid were not comfortable around each other first:
Now, this may come as a surprise seeing the way Kat and Sid behaved at the trailer screening yesterday. But, this was not the case when the first met. Nitya told that the two did not even share a vibe in the beginning but things changed very fast as soon as they got in the skin of the characters.
This is the first movie for which Katrina took a workshop. Speaking about it she said, “There were different phases in the film where we were going through different things as a couple. So there was one time Sid came and was trying to make a joke and I just got up and walked to the other side of the room because that it was working better for me that way.”
