The ace comedian Kapil Sharma rose to fame with his popular comedy shows. From meeting prominent faces on his show to beating superstar Rajinikanth in Forbes India Celebrity 100 list, Kapil is undoubtedly ruling the TV industry. But, it seems that his success has taken over him as it was heard that the comedian had refused to promote Sunil Grover’s film ‘Coffee with D’ on his show.

When Kapil started the show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil', Sunil portrayed the character of Gutthi and though the show got over, still people remember him for his role.

Sunil Grover has contributed a lot to make ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ a household name. But rumours went abuzz that when talks surrounding the promotion of ‘Coffee with D’ came up, Kapil created trouble and only agreed to give five minutes for it but at the end he didn’t even do that.

In fact, it was his call not to promote film on the show. He further added that he shares a great bond with his co-actor and rubbished all the rumours.

Even after Sunil addressed the issue, Kapil has kept his lips sealed. Well, if this is truth or not, only the comedians can tell.

Previously, many celebrities have appeared on the show to promote their films as being one of the popular shows it became easier for stars to reach maximum people.
