Complaint against Navjot Singh Sidhu for cracking inappropriate jokes on Kapil Sharma's show
Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is seen wooing pretty actresses with his shayris on the popular show The Kapil Sharma Show, has landed in a trouble. A complaint has been filed against the politician for cracking inappropriate jokes on the show.
HC Arora, an advocate of Punjab and Haryana High Court has filed the complaint against the politician. In his letter to Punjab chief secretary Karan A Singh, he stated that Kapil Sharma and particularly Navjot Singh Sidhu’s dialogues were obscene and vulgar. He added that it was the violation of various provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He also wrote some of the dialogues stated by Sidhu on the show.
It seems that there is no end to Kapil’s problems. After the ace comedian’s alleged fight with his co-star Sunil Grover, the latter left the show and its TRP started dropping. Now, this fresh controversy is indicating that things are not going to be easy in future for Kapil.
After Sidhu became the minister in the Punjab government, it was being speculated that he may quit the show. But, the former Bigg Boss contestant as always made it clear that he would continue the show.
It is yet to be seen how Siddhu reacts to these controversies.
