Dalbir Kaur is the sister of Sarabjit Singh, a farmer from Bhikhiwind in Punjab, who while farming in 1990 crossed over to Pakistan, was mistaken as an Indian spy and was given capital punishment in 1991 but wasn't hanged.
Sarabjit Singh was kept in jail for 23 years, before he was killed by a few inmates after the death of Afzal Guru in India. During the time, Sarabjit was in jail his sister Dalbir Kaur didn't leave any stone unturned to bring back her brother. As she didn't succeed in getting him released, now she is determined to show his real story to the world with the help of filmmaker Omung Kumar.
