New Delhi: After the huge success of his very anticipated flick, ‘Kick,' Salman Khan has all geared up for his another very prominent upcoming, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.'

The film is produced by Barjatya and Salman will be sharing screen with #Khoobsurat Sonam Kapoor. It is not new for you to know that the role was earlier offered to Sonakshi and even the producers were quite happy with the choice of actress.

But something made Sooraj change his mind and opt for Sonam Kapoor instead. Sonakshi Sinha has been always applauded for her rustic Indian charm and that was the major reason why Sooraj Barjatya had finalised her as the leading lady in his next, 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' starring Salman Khan.

Well none other than Salman Khan who gave Sonakshi her first acting break made her loose such a plump project as he wanted a 'fresh' pairing

. We are sure Salman and Sonam will look good together but Sonakshi would surely be disheartened after loosing the project to Sonam.

'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' will have Salman playing a double role and he is all set to take up a boxer's character as one of the roles!

The actor who last worked with Rajshri banner in the multi-starrer, ‘Hum Sath Sath Hai' will be seen opposite Sonam Kapoor in the film.

And while he is portraying double characters namely Prem and Vijay, the cast includes names like Swara Bhaskara, Anupam Kher, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepak Dobriyal.

‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' is expected to be another very sensitive stance on family, love, relations and bonding and it would be interesting to see Salman and Barjatyas coming together on screen after 15 long years.
