Made up your mind to move one step ahead in your relationship? It must be exciting. But before taking the step and putting a ring on your relationship, there are few things you need to ask yourself.

Here are the 4 ‘Very’ important questions you need to ask yourself before taking your relationship further.

Question 1: How do you feel when you’re with them?

Does your partner makes you feel confident and complete? Well, this is something you yourself should be doing, instead of relying on your partner for the same. Ultimately, it’s ‘You’ who have to know your self-worth, and your partner shouldn’t be reminding you about it.

Question 2: Do you miss them when you’re apart?

You need to be apart in order to miss someone. If you’re spending too much of time with your partner, then try setting some boundaries. Things go dull when we start having too much of it. After all, excess of even ‘good’ is bad.

Question 3: Is there a balance of power in the relationship?

Are you the one who enjoy all the power in the relationship or is he the one? It isn’t right the either way. There should be a fair distribution of power between a couple. Reflect on how a decision is made between you. How you make each other feel when a decision has to be made. It is an important parameter to know how your relationship has grown over time.

Question 4: Do they bring the best in you?

Has your partner inspired you to achieve your goals or to bring the best in you? Think about the moments when he made you feel wanted and appreciated. If you’ve been stressing on things whenever you were with them, then you probably know that it’s not the right time to take the plunge.
