This summer to stay healthy it is very important to keep your body hydrated. Apart from taking liquid intake , you must have fruits. Here are these five fruits suggested by Nutritionist to have this season to cope with the heat and stay cool. 

Watermelon:

When it comes to taking healthy food during summers, watermelon is the best fruit containing 92% water content.

You can simply eat it or make some watermelon shake by adding combining some lemon and ginger or mint to make a tasty and healthy fruit drink.

Cucumbers:

Cucumbers are yet another vegetable item that rank high on the list of summer best food which can keep you hydrated. 

With a 96% water content, you can eat it with your meals or just slice them adding some spice. With no fat or cholesterol, they are best having only healthy nutrients like Vitamin B6, Vitamin K and more.

Strawberries:

They are are loaded with fiber and Vitamin C, and taste amazing too. Water content is  92% which is very much beneficial for keeping your body fit. 

Whether you have them just as fruit or make smoothies or shakes with them, they are good and healthy in all forms.

Apples:

There’s a reason behind the old adage “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” The juicy fruits are a refreshing food to eat year-round. 

They also have been linked to lowering cholesterol levels, weight loss, and preventing cardiovascular disease and even cancer. Green apples are lower in sugar than red apples.

Green Peppers:

Green peppers contain 93.9% water by weightand also as  acts as a  powerful antioxidants. Green peppers are an amazing late-night or pre-dinner snack.

When you have a craving, just munch on some slices of green pepper and reap all its wonderful benefits. You can also add it to your green smoothie.

Berries:

They are also packed with water and contain high levels of antioxidants, which can help the body naturally detoxify itself. 

Berries keep you satisfied in between the meals as they deliver tons of fiber. So be prepared to stock up ripe, organic raspberries, strawberries blueberries and blackberries for this season.
