New Delhi: Sridevi, once touted as Bollywood's bombshell turned 51 with clear signs of reverse ageing.

Born as Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan on 13th August 1963, Sridevi started her cinematic journey at the tender age of 4.

Not only has she been appreciated for her acting prowess but also for her lively allure and style statements. Sridevi was not all the perfect beauty before; she had to undergo a cosmetic corrective surgery to get more appealing look.

Prior her entry into Bollywood Industry, Sridevi was a known figure in Tamil and Telugu industry and her appearance catapulted soon after Bollywood projects started coming for her.

Her first ever stylish appearance was in Julie where she portrayed role of an Anglo-Indian girl dressed up in polka-dot shirts teamed with knee-length skirts.

Sridevi is one such diva who pulled her sensuous-seductive roles with decent clothing, she never opted for bikini or skimpy clothing, and never did she choose skin-show as platform to garner attention.

A rare combination of talent, beauty, style, Sridevi won too many accolades not just for her on-screen performances but also for her ceaseless charisma. Soon after 'Himmatwala' hit the theatres, Sridevi became a starlet overnight and gained herself a nickname 'thunder thighs'.

With YRF's 'Chandni', Sridevi proved that one can easily turn seductress with Indian sarees and suits. How can one forget her wet yellow chiffon saree from song, 'Lagi Aaj Sawan Ki' and those somber churidaar suits?

And with Mr. India, Sridevi yet again showed off her smoking-hot style trend of curly wavy hair, bright red lipstick, calf-length printed skirts with tops and pumps.

Yash Raj's 'Lamhe' was yet another pivotal path in her cinematic journey, where Sridevi brilliantly showcased her stunning good looks and amazing dancing talent...remember 'moments of rage'.

Even after break of 15 years when Sridevi returned in Bollywood, her style wasn't affected a bit. Or rather say that it became more captivating. With English Vinglish, Sridevi gave an all new definition to women's perspective towards themselves.

In those kanjeevaram sarees, Sridevi made even her global fans groove once again.

She is one hot diva whose red carpet appearances even now give jitters to the younger lot in the industry.

We wish her a very happy birthday on the note that she looks no 51 despite turning to this number today!
