Maharashtra Board HSC/Class 12 Results Expected by May End at Mahresult.nic.in

The Maharashtra state board results for HSC/Class XII are likely to be announced in the last week of May on their official website- www.mahresult.nic.in.This year around 15.05 lakh students appeared for the Maharashtra HSC 2017 with 8,48,000 boys and 6,56,000 girls. In 2016, nearly 14 lakh students appeared for the examination. About 86.6 percent students, which is around 11.6 lakhs, passed the examination in 2016.

As per the official statement by the board, class X results are likely to be declared in the first week of June

The Maharashtra State Board came into existence on January 1, 1966, to regulate certain matters pertaining to secondary education in the state of Maharashtra, as "Maharashtra State Secondary Education Boards". It conducts exams twice a year.

There are nine divisional boards in state that together represents ‘state board’ located at Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Konkan, Latur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, and Pune.

Students can check their results by following these steps:

  • Log on to official website mahresult.nic.in
  • Click on the result tab
  • Click on the link flashing Class XII Higher Secondary Certificate HSC results 2017
  • Enter your Hall Ticket No and other details in the fields provided
  • Click on View Result
  • Download the Maharashtra HSC Results 2017 and take a printout for future reference

The results will be also available on www.results.nic.in and www.examresults.net .
