Arvind Kejriwal: Dial 1031 to complain against corruption

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal  launched another four-digit helpline number, 1031 in addition to 27357169 on Friday in order to curb corruption from the government departments.He launched this number at a press conference

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal  launched another four-digit helpline number, 1031 in addition to 27357169 on Friday in order to curb corruption from the government departments.

He launched this number at a press conference on Friday. Kejriwal said  government will constitute an independent agency to look into complaints related to power meters.

He said if it is found that the number of the complaints is really on a higher side, we will ask the distribution companies to change the meters.

Kejriwal claimed, within 36 hours of the launch of the helpline 27357169, nearly  23,500 calls about corruption cases were received.
