New Delhi: Rebel AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny will be sitting on  indefinite fast  on Jantar Mantar from January 27 in protest to the  Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi government going back on its poll promises.

Addressing a press conference today, the Lakshmi Nagar MLA, who is also a former Congress man, alleged that the Kejriwal govt has cheated the people of Delhi by not fulfilling the promises it had made in its manifesto.

Listing the promises that still remain unfulfilled or have been partially fulfilled, Binny said that the biggest unfulfilled promise is that of Janlokpal Bill. He demanded immediate passes of this bill.

Second, Binny alleged that many people who had stopped paying electricity and water bills after Kejriwal launched his disobedience movement, are being now forced to pay these running into lakhs now.

Third, the party had promised to give 700 litres of water without any rider but now a person has to pay for the entire consumption  if the it  crosses 700 litre mark.
