New Delhi: Samsung has silently announced its Galaxy Golden flip phone with dual-touchscreens in India. The flip phone, is priced at Rs 51,900 in India.



The Samsung Galaxy Golden has a 3.7 inch touchscreen with 480x800 pixels resolution. Just like in all flip phones, the device comes with a key pad - an alphanumeric one. Besides, the Samsung Galaxy Golden runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, has 1.7 GHz dual core processor, 1.5 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, and 64 GB micro SD card slot.

The 15.8 mm thin and 179 grams weighing handset comes with an 1820 mAh battery.

Like other Android handsets, the device offers connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth, and micro USB as well. For navigation, it has support for both GPS and GLONASS.

The device was unveiled in August, but was only available in the South Korean market.
