She went from being 150 kilos to 70 kilos, surprising everyone around her.
Rimsha realized that she should lose weight when she took a few flight of stairs and felt exhausted. It was a snapping moment for her and she decided to lose weight and start living healthily. There was no bullying so she never felt the need to lose weight until she started feeling physical hindrance. With her determination and willpower, she made it through the journey of losing 80 kilos of weight. Of course, her husband was always by her side while she was struggling to get in shape.

Rimsha also told that home remedies like green tea, garlic and all didn’t work for her. She worked out and ate a balanced diet to get in shape.
Throughout her journey, food was her best friend. Yes, you heard it right. Rimsha didn’t believe in cutting on all the foods at once.
“The myth was busted the moment I got on a diet that forced me to eat every three to four hours. One that had cheat days where I could eat away like a maniac and not feel guilty about it. Your relationship with food should never be a love-hate one. It’s only love and sugar and spice – everything nice,” says Rimsha.
Overall, she lost 90 kgs of weight, now being at 60 kgs. But she confessed that she still feels shy and conscious about her looks. She feels uncomfortable talking how she has been careless about her body for such a long time.
Rimsha’s husband is also trying to lose weight but still has a few miles to cover. This couple is truly a relationship goal, keeping each other motivated and focussed on their goals. Her journey is an inspiration for all those people who are toiling hard to lose those extra pounds.
