Actor Tiger Shroff, who is currently shooting for ‘Munna Michael’ recently admitted that he underwent depression few months ago. The actor confessed that the box-office failure of his last film ‘A Flying Jatt’ left him depressed.
Tiger revealed to a leading magazine that when his film ‘Baaghi’ opened with good numbers he was very happy as it was his second film. The actor stated that he was on cloud nine as being the new comer he was getting good response for his performance. But, when ‘A Flying Jatt’ doomed at the box-office, he became sad thinking that he worked really hard for the film, still it didn’t work.
He went on to say that he was in depression for almost one month, and carried the same mindset when he started shooting for ‘Munna Michael’. After completing the first schedule of the film, he decided to move on.
This is not the first time that an actor has spoken on depression. Previously, actress Deepika Padukone talked openly about the disease. She admitted being depressed for too long, and also urged people not to consider it as taboo.
Tiger made his Bollywood debut with ‘Heropanti’ opposite Kriti Sanon. He will be sharing screen space with actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in ‘Munna Michael’, which is directed by Sabbir Khan.
