There was a time when fans would eager wait on weekends for their favourite “The Kapil Sharma Show” but since the last episode, things have changed a lot.

The big clash between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover seems to be causing a lot of problems for the comedy king’s show.

While the last episode failed to bring in much laughter in the absence of popular characters like Dr Mashoor Gulati, Pushpa Nani aka Ali Asgar and Chaiwalla aka Chandan Prabhakar, latest reports suggest that Kapil’s show will be aired only on Saturday this weekend and not on Sunday.

The previous episode which saw the entry of new set of comedians Raju Srivastava, Ehsaan Qureshi and Sunil Pal, failed to make an impact on the audience.

TKKS will air only one episode this week due to the finale of popular singing reality show, “Indian Idol 9”, according to a source.

“The finale of Indian Idol that airs at 8 pm will go on for more than an hour so, Kapil’s show which airs at 9 pm, will not be aired”, the source said.

Fresh reports say that the Saturday episode of Kapil’s show will be shot today.

Reportedly, the upcoming episode will be an integration with the channel’s (Sony Entertainment Channel)  upcoming show “Sabse Bada Kalakar”.

Speculations are also rife that the absence of Sunil has affected the ratings of Kapil’s show.

Meanwhile, Dr Mashoor Gulati took to Twitter and posted a heartfelt message for his fans yesterday where he opened up about his future and his relationship with son Mohan.
