The grand celebration of International Indian Film Academy or IIFA Awards 2017 was held today in New York. With some mind-blowing performances and camaraderie between B-town stars, the event was a big hit. Bollywood celebs left no stone untuned to make it one of the most successful events of the year. From Shahid Kapoor’s energetic performance to Salman Khan crooning Main Hoon Hero Tera, here are some highlights from the show that can’t be missed.

Salman Khan loves his fans. So, when he was asked to sing his own song, he happily agreed. As soon as he started singing, crowd started cheering for him. Later, the actor set the stage on fire with his sizzling performance.

Katrina Kaif’s birthday

Katrina Kaif has turned a year older today and it was Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, who made the day special for her by singing Baar Baar Din Yeh Aaye song for her. Katrina raise the temperature with her sizzling moves on some of her popular songs.

Varun and Alia’s chemistry

Alia Bhatt dances her heart out and in between her performance she asked Varun to join her. The actor happily danced with his Badrinath Ki Dulhania co-star on the title song. Interestingly, it was Varun only, who presented the Best Actress Award to Alia Bhatt.

Alia and Diljit Dosanjh’s impromptu performance

Diljit Dosanjh won the Award for Best Debutant Male for his film Udta Punjab. Alia, who presented the trophy to the actor sang Ikk Kudi with him and the audience was left mesmerised.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s PDA

The actor walked the red carpet holding the hand of his wife Mira Rajput. Shahid not only thanked his better half after winning the Best Acor Award but also called her his good luck charm. They look adorable in the pictures.
