Tagged as one of the fittest actress in B-town, Kareena gained a whopping 18 kgs during her pregnancy. However, the Udta Punjab actress got back into shape within few months all thanks to Yoga. Her weight loss mantra through yoga is not hidden to anyone. Her slim avatar is also due to her disciplined life. On International Yoga Day, here’s how Kareena lost her post-pregnancy weight.

Two hours of yoga daily

Kareena Kapoor is one of the genuine followers and disciples of Yoga.  According to her, yoga is an effective tool in making coordination among body, mind and health.
