International Yoga Day 2017: Malaika Arora stuns in yoga wear, Kangana Ranuaut opts for dance (in pics)

Bollywood and yoga definitely go hand-in-hand. Several celebs such as Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu and Lara Dutta swear by this effective and meditative form of practice. And, style icon and fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora says that the secret to her ageless beauty is none other than yoga. Hence, on International Day 2017, the actress was spotted outside a yoga studio in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut opted for dance classes instead. The Rangoon actress was clicked outside a dance studio in Khar, Mumbai.

An endorser of Yoga and well known for reinventing her fitness regime with Aerial Yoga and other forms, Malaika has recently been announced as part of Reebok's ‘Fashionably Fit' family.

Kangana Ranaut looks cool in her dance attire

The Queen actress was spotted post her dance session in the city. She was seen wearing a white tank top and blue tights with sneakers. Her upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, based on the life of Rani Laxmibai, will reportedly clash with actors Tiger shroff and Disha Patani starrer Baaghi 2. Both the films are said to be released on April 27, 2018.

Shilpa Shetty has been practising yoga for years. Her perfectly toned body is an envy for many. She is considered as one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. Shilpa is also considered as fitness icon which she credits all to Yoga.

Another Bollywood actress who cannot live by Yoga is Kareena Kapoor Khan. No matter how busy she is, Kareena makes it a point to devote at least two hours to Yoga every day. She performs power yoga with surya namaskar and ashtanga yoga. She does not perform Yoga to stay fit, but also to destress.
