Actor Kunal Kapoor, who is gearing up for his upcoming trilingual film ‘Veeram’ underwent an amazing transformation for the film. The actor shared the picture on social media and it clearly showed Kunal’s hard work to get into the skin of his character. The actor is playing the character of famous warrior Chandu Chekavar in the film.

Kumal revealed that he was training like a beast in the gym for almost six months. He stated that he wanted to feel and look like a warrior adding that this the fittest and most muscular he had ever been.

The actor had to don two different looks in the film. For one of it he had to gain almost 12kgs after that got in to the shape of a warrior. This was not easy for him. Sources revealed that the actor was often spotted at gym after completing his work and he was very particular with his diet.

Well, the picture indicated that his hard work paid off as he was looking convincing as a warrior.

Previously, actors Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Randeep Hodda also went for a shocking transformation for their films.

‘Veeram’ is the big screen adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic tragedy, Macbeth.

Kunal was last seen in Gauri Shinde’s directorial venture ‘Dear Zindagi’ for short role.
