New Delhi: Bollywood khiladi Akshay Kumar who is seen as an Army officer Virat Bakshi in his latest film Holiday- A Soldier Is Never Off Duty has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take strict actions against the culprits involved in the UP rape case.

Not only this, the actor has reportedly requested the new Prime Minister to introduce self-defence as a part of education. He has suggested including a four year self-defence programme as a subject in schools.

Akshay Kumar who himself is well trained in martial arts has also expressed his concern over the safety of women and has also come up with a training institute along with Aditya Thackeray.

Apprantly Akshay Kumar has been working for this for last five years and now he has also revealed that PM Narendra Modi has also assured him to look into the matter.
