In the pictures, taken in July 2008, the 19-year-old actress is seen aboard a yacht in San Jose, Costa Rica with her brother Cameron, wearing a white bikini with marijuana leaves printed across the front.
Kristen is no stranger to controversy surrounding the drug, having been pictured allegedly smoking it from a pipe in November last year.
U.S. website TMZ obtained photographs of the actress sat outside her house in LA with a male friend, taking puffs from a water pipe commonly associated with smoking marijuana. The actress is rumoured to be dating her co-star, British actor Robert Pattinson.
