When it comes to losing weight, ladies are more cautious about it. Every woman wants to look slim and attractive but shedding those extra kilos is not an easy task to do.

It is very difficult to control the cravings. So, the only way out is a strong will power that can help one loose weight.

Loosing weight in summers is even easier because we take more liquid instead of the solid food items.  

The most important thing in this process is having a nutritional diet to avoid dehydration and weakness.

Here we bring to you easy-to-make recipes of salads that will not just help you to loose weight but will also keep you healthy.

 

Fruit & Nut Salad (for four people)

Ingredients:

Apple, Orange, Cherry, Banana

Raisins, Walnut Pieces

Mayonnaise

Sugar

Lemon Juice

 

Method:

Take one and a ½ cup of walnut pieces, 1 cup of cherry, 1 cup of raisins, 2 peeled oranges, 2 chopped apples in a bowl and mix them.

Now take 1 tbsp of lemon juice, ½ cup sugar and 1 cup of mayonnaise and blend them in a mixer.

Mix the Mayonnaise mixture with the fruit mixture. Mix it well.

Refrigerate it for half an hour. Add two chopped banana before serving.

 

Rajma Salad (for four people)

Ingredients:

Lettuce, Green Onion, Garlic

Apple

Paneer

Rajma

Black Pepper Powder

Walnut

Vinegar

Sugar

Salt


Method:

Take ¼ cup of sugar in a pan along with ½ cup of walnut and cook it on a medium flame. This will make a sugar coat on the walnuts.

Take the sugar coated walnuts in a plate and allow them to cool. Now break the walnut into small pieces. These are available in the market also.

Take 3 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of sugar, 3 finely chopped garlic buds and salt as per taste in a bowl and mix it well.

Now place finely chopped lettuce in the serving bowl and add one chopped apple with ½ cup paneer, rajma which was left after the meal and ½ cup finely chopped green onion.

Add the garlic vinegar over it. Decorate it with walnut before serve.


Pineapple Salsa (for four people)

Ingredients:

Chopped Pineapple

Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Green Chilli

Chopped Coriander Leaves

Lemon Juice

Salt

Black Pepper Powder

Sugar Powder

 

Method:

Take 4 cups of chopped pineapple, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 cup of cucumber, 1 cup of tomato, 6 tbsp coriander leaves, 6 tbsp of lemon juice in a bowl and mix it well.

Now add salt and black pepper powder as per taste along with 1 tbsp sugar powder and mix it properly. Salad is ready to be served.

 

Cucumber-Orange Salad (for four people)

Ingredients:

Cucumber

Lemon Juice

Orange

Red Chilli Powder

Salt

 

Method:

Take a finely chopped cucumber, 4 tbsp lemon juice, two chopped orange, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp salt in a bowl. Mix it well.

Refrigerate it for half and hour before serving it.
