Kama Sutra supermodel Viveka Babajee may well have written 'U kill me, Gautam Vora' oin the last page of her diary, but Mumbai Police says  this sentence is certainly not enough, reports Mumbai Mirror.

Gautam Vora may not be booked for abetment to suicide, police sources said. Because, there is little evidence to implicate him.

While there were reports that neighbours overheard a fight between the two the day before she hanged herself, Viveka's neighbours have made no official statement to the police to this end.

Police have also not found evidence of text messages or calls between Gautam and Viveka around the time of the suicide that may suggest that Gautam pushed her to it. “The last calls made from her cellphone, on Thursday at 11.30 pm, were made to her mother and to a friend. She did not call Gautam,” an officer said.

Viveka's family has not blamed anyone for her suicide. A senior officer, who did not wish to be named, said, “Viveka shared little about her troubles with anyone. She hasn't spoken about her relationship with Gautam to her family. They have not told us they hold him responsible for her suicide. They just want the matter to be investigated well.”

The officer added that there was no material evidence, suggesting that Gautam pushed Viveka to suicide.

He said, “We cannot book Gautam merely on the basis of the note she left. We can charge someone for abetment only if that person has pushed the victim to suicide. We can investigate the matter from a fresh perspective only if Viveka's family tells us a different story.”

Meanwhile, forensic experts who carried out the post-mortem on the supermodel's body have preserved her uterus, along with other organs, for some crucial tests.

“We are investigating if there was a pregnancy or abortion or even if there was any injury to this organ,” a forensic expert said.

These organs have been sent to the Pathology Department of JJ Hospital for a histopathology examination. It can take about two to three months for the test results to come, hospital sources said. Police sources said that they have also found several medicines in the model's house.
