New Delhi: With the growing tensions between terrorist outfit Indian Mujahideen and Pakistan's spy agency ISI, IM is planning to expand its base in India.

This information is hidden in 3,000 pages of internet chats between top IM leaders accessed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The information was collected from data of many countries- US, UK, Canada, Nepal and Ireland.

It was difficult to encode the information. The agency analyzed the chats and included it in the supplementary charge sheet filed by it on the larger conspiracy of IM.

Data related to the use of explosives was found in a file called "RDX." A file named "Terror" had details about different modes of guerilla warfare. "The possession of this document with the accused clearly establishes the nefarious design to carry out terrorist attacks on India."

The chats were mainly between Yasin Bhatkal and his aide Asadullah Akhtar alias Haddi.

Yasin and Hadddi were arrested in 2013 from Indo- Nepal border.
