Mumbai, Jul 14: Two Indian Mujahideen terrorists, who were nabbed by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad recently, had hinted the officials regarding a module working on serial blasts in Mumbai, reports Daily Bhaskar.

According to highly placed sources in ATS, both the terrorists – Mohammed Mobin Abdul Shakoor Khan alias Irfan and his cousin Ayub Raja Amin Shaikh – had talked about an active module planning serials blasts in the Maharashtra capital and Gujarat.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, an official said, "We have started interrogating the two arrested IM men pertaining to some clues related to today's blast."

Both Irfan and Ayub had been arrested from Mankhurd with two weapons – a 7.66 mm Pistol and 32 bore revolver with four rounds. Their role is being probed in connection with the blasts in past in Ahmedabad, finding of unexploded bombs in Surat and also for the e-mails sent by IM after the blasts.

A police source said, "Their arrival and presence in Mumbai city with weapons speak volumes, since both were experts in arranging local logistics to the terror modules and were involved in providing cars for 2008 Gujarat blasts on July 26."
