Nashik, May 6: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev today said that India should take a lesson from the United States' operations against al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden and take action against perpetrators of various terror attacks in the country.
"If United States can enter Abbotabad in Pakistan to kill Laden why can't India do the same?," he told reporters here.
The distance between India and Pakistan is not much and India has also faced major terror attacks like the 26/11 in Mumbai among others, he added.
Laden was killed in a pre-dawn operation by the US Navy Seals in Pakistan's Abbottabad earlier this week.
Ramdev claimed that political parties were supporting his fast unto death against corruption in New Delhi from June 4.
"I have the support of all political parties, besides anti-corruption crusader and noted social worker, Anna Hazare," he said.
"I am discussing my fast unto death with different political parties," he added.
Among Ramdev's demands are recovery of black money deposited by Indians in Swiss banks, disclosure of account-holders' names and a ban on high-denomination currency notes.
The satyagraha will be held at Ramlila Maidan "to force the Government to act on corruption-related issues," he had said in Mumbai earlier.
Ramdev, who was felicitated by citizens here, said his 'Swabhimaan Bharat Nirman Yatra', which began in Dwarka to create awareness about yoga and corruption, was getting a very good response and will complete 1,00,000 kms when it reaches Delhi on June 1. PTI
