Moradabad, UP, Jan 26: Policemen in Amroha on Wednesday night forcibly entered the house of RLD MP Devendra Nagpal in Gajraula, ransacked household items and also entered the bedroom of the MP's wife Anshu Nagpal, who is contesting the assembly elections on party ticket.
 
Video of the ransacking taken on cellphone showed how the policemen began searching the office, living room and bedrooms of the MP.
 
The policemen broke chairs, tables, fridge, TV set and other items and entered the bedroom of the MP's wife.
 
Both Nagpal and his wife asked policemen why they were carrying out this operation, but they did not give any answer.
 
Anshu Nagpal is contesting on RLD ticket from Naugawan Sadat constituency.
 
MP Devendra Nagpal alleged that all this took place at the instance of BSP leaders. He has lodged his complaint with the DM of Jyotiba Phule Nagar (Amroha) and the Lok Sabha Speaker.
