New Delhi: Eminent RTI social activist and Delhi High Court advocate Ashok Agarwal today resigned from the Aam Aadmi Party and its National Executive alleging that the party is now functioning like "a private limited company".

In a letter sent to AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Agarwal wrote that the party and its movement seem to have become directionless.
