Virender Sehwag, popularly known as ‘Viru’ among cricket fans, may have bid adieu to the game in October last year, but his comments and funny birthday wishes on social media, especially on Twitter, make headlines every other day.

The Nawab of Najafgarh, who has an impeccably hilarious style of wishing people on their birthdays, on Thursday took to Twitter to wish his former teammate Mohammad Kaif on his 36th birthday in his own style.

Sehwag wrote:

"Udja Kale Kawan Tere Moowich Khandpaanwa", @MohammadKaif tuk dis song seriously&kept flying kahin bhi. #HappyBirthdayKaif ,R u Man or Kite?

It was truly special for Kaif to get such a special message from one of the living legends of Indian cricket.

Kaif, who is known for his exceptional fielding skills, took to Twitter to acknowledge Sehwag’s tweet and replied:

“Hahaha, thanks Viru ! And you took the movie "De Dana Dan" title seriously, even before it released. Keep entertaining like always !”

Mohammad Kaif made it to the national team in 2000 after he lead the Under-19 team to victory in the U-19 World Cup in the same year.

Kaif earned himself a Test cap against South Africa when he was 20.

He made the ODI debut in 2002 against England. His most famous feat was helping India chase down 326 with 87* (off 75 balls) in the 2002 NatWest Series Final.

He, along with Yuvraj Singh, was considered one of the best fielders in the Indian team during 2002-2006.
